Student leaders from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine attend CONQUER Student Leadership Conference
Student leaders from Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine (Geisinger Commonwealth) attended the CONQUER Student Leadership Conference at Marywood University on Nov. 12. Student leaders at Geisinger Commonwealth cited several things they took away from the conference, among them: the power of resiliency, the importance of maintaining a positive outlook and goal-setting. They also learned ways to be agents of social change. "I didn't know what to expect, but this conference actually helped me answer some questions I had been thinking about regarding the world and my place in it," said one student leader.
